All products sold on MedPrep Vault are digital downloads (eBooks, MCQ banks, and study materials). Due to the nature of digital goods:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
  • You will receive access to your purchase via email or your account dashboard immediately after payment confirmation.

3. License & Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the digital content for your own study purposes. You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share the files with others
  • Upload content to any platform or website
  • Use materials for commercial purposes

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including eBooks, MCQ sets, and study guides, is the intellectual property of MedPrep Vault and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. Payment

Prices are listed in USD. We accept payments through our available payment gateways. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or a download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability
