MedPrep Vault exclusively sells digital products. There is no physical shipping involved in any of our orders.

Digital Delivery

All products (eBooks, MCQ banks, and study materials) are delivered digitally via:

• Email: A download link will be sent to your registered email address immediately after payment confirmation.
• Account Access: You may also access your purchased materials by logging into your MedPrep Vault account.

Delivery Time

Digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment. If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.

No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any physical items. No shipping fees are charged on any order.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues accessing your purchased materials, please contact us at support@medprepvault.store with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.

International Customers

Our digital products are available worldwide. There are no geographic restrictions on delivery.
