At MedPrep Vault, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (eBooks, MCQ banks, and study materials), all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. We do not offer refunds on digital products after delivery.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • You were charged but did not receive access to the product
  • A duplicate charge occurred

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at support@medprepvault.store with your order number and a description of the issue.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
